Basiks Return & Refund Policy

Most Basiks products are returnable within 30 days with a modest restocking fee.  If you need to return a product, please contact Valve Broker.  Please note that some products are listed as "non-returnable" on the product page.

Return & Refund Policy / All Other Products

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges are determined by the manufacturers, dealers and individual sellers listing products on Valve Broker, and should be described in the product listing.  Most items are sold as-is, where-is, and are non-returnable/non-refundable unless shipped in error or damaged in shipment.  In the absence of a stated policy, all purchases are considered non-returnable, non-refundable.

 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the seller immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that they may evaluate the issue and make it right.
